Meet our staff:

Jim started in agriculture at the University of New Hampshire with a BS in animal Science. He later went on to become a nationally ranked sheep shearer working around the world, earning national and international awards in competition. During these years Jim was able to be part of large feedlot operations, stations, and ranch operations, as well as small New England farms. He learned the needs of animals and soon started his construction company building barns around New England. He has been hired to travel as far as Georgia to build quality structures, earning the respect of his customers by years of customer service. Jim is owner of both Ag Structures and Barn Store of New England.

Lisa, co-owner, has a degree in plant science from the University of New Hampshire. Her expertise in running and managing greenhouses brings a flare to the Barn Store that no one else has. Her ability to grow plants, both annuals and perennials in herbicide and insecticide free greenhouse conditions, assists you in making correct choices for your family’s home garden safety. Lisa’s experience in draft horse hay and sleigh rides brings a true working experience in the equine world.

Jake, manager, with a degree from the University of New Hampshire in Resource Economics and Dairy Science, brings a youthful work drive. Coupled with growing up on a family farm, 4-H participation, supervising construction sites, and hobby of hunting and fishing, his well-rounded background helps you make good purchasing decisions at the Barn Store. Jake is always willing to answer your questions and help assist you in all your in store needs.

Eric, our repair and service shop foreman, brings a quality to the Barn Store that few stores have. Service, service, service does not say enough about his ability to trouble shoot, repair, or assist you in your small engine needs. Schooled and trained by Husqvarna, Stihl, Honda, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton, to name a few, Eric continues to train and upgrade his knowledge in repairing these brands and many more.

Lacy, our office manager, keeps our accounts in order for our customers. If you have a problem, just a phone call to Lacy usually puts things right. She has a great work ethic that keeps our customers satisfied that they are getting serviced in every way.

Dawn, runs the Grain Box restaurant, a truly New England delight. The Grain Box features foods prepared whenever possible from local product, eggs from farms in Salisbury NH, maple syrup from trees along your drive to get to the store, meats home grown and lean, boasting one of the best burgers you’ll ever have! Dawn ’s experience in culinary arts truly shows as she prepares a meal for you at our Grain Box in the Barn Store.

Reggie, our receiver, works hard in delivering to you your wants at the best prices possible. Special orders are not out of the question as Reggie can find and handle most products that you are looking for. His years of experience help you in choosing the Barn Store for your needs.

Jason is heading up our newly created site division. We are thrilled to be able to offer this service to our customers, creating an opportunity for one stop shopping for all your building construction needs here at The Barn Store. Jason is a University of New Hampshire graduate specializing in forestry. His extensive background in forestry, land clearing, dairy farming and agriculture brings knowledge of farm site development and planning that is hard to find.
